Prepare yourself to travel to the Moon and invite your colleagues to join the journey! To the Moon is a fun and engaging challenge to activate your people and promote health and wellbeing inside your community. To the Moon is an easy way to organize fun joint activities.
In the challenge, the rocketship uses active minutes as a fuel. You’ll succeed by logging an average of 20 minutes of activity per day during the 8-week challenge. Take your pick from 600 different activity types available on HeiaHeia - and earn bonus minutes by completing daily micro actions, small routines that add up to big health gains.

Inspire yourself and your colleagues to move, pay attention to healthy daily choices and have fun in the process.
Together as a team
Gather teams from within your community or organization and compete playfully to see which team or individual will be the first to reach the Moon. Good cooperation is the key to success, the more participants the merrier! We recommend teams of 2-8 people.
All activity counts
The goal is to contribute an average of 20 minutes per day per participant. You’ll earn minutes by logging exercises and earn bonus minutes by logging micro actions. All physical activity logged on HeiaHeia contribute to the challenge. You can also connect a wearable (Garmin, Polar, Suunto, Fitbit, Apple Watch) or your phone's health application (Google Fit, Apple Health) to HeiaHeia for automated data sync.
Motivating milestones
Follow progress on the virtual game board in real time. Log entries in HeiaHeia and make progress towards milestones and the finish line. When you reach a milestone, fun and motivational content opens up for viewing.
Complete healthy micro actions and earn bonus minutes
To the Moon challenge includes 5 micro actions, small routines that add up to big health gains. Each worth 2 bonus minutes of activity. For example, by drinking a liter of water during the day and logging it as done, you'll earn 2 bonus minutes.

How to participate
✔️ Log an activity entry or micro action manually to HeiaHeia -mobile app or web. You’ll find more than 600 different types of exercises in HeiaHeia. You’ll succeed by contributing on average 20 minutes per day during the 8-week challenge.
✔️ Connect HeiaHeia with your phone's health app (Google Fit, Apple Health) or a wearable device (Garmin, Polar, Suunto, Fitbit, Apple Watch) and benefit from automatic data transfer between devices.
✔️ Use HeiaHeia’s built-in GPS tracker for easily logging the duration, distance, and speed or your outdoor workouts.
