Price is determined by team size and your chosen plan. Each plan includes a clear set of challenges and features with simple, predictable annual subscription pricing. In addition you can complelent your wellbeing program with wellbeing services.

What's included in Single Challenge?

One company-wide challenge per year (up to 12 weeks), access to all challenge formats, annual platform access for year-round engagement, and a dedicated Customer Success Manager.

What does "unlimited challenges" in Unlimited really mean?

You can run as many company-wide challenges as you need throughout the year, across all available challenge formats and wellbeing themes.

How long is the standard contract term?

The standard contract term is one year, with the option to renew annually. For perspective, our annual Single Challenge plan is priced at about the same level as a typical 8-week one-off corporate wellbeing challenge.

Do HeiaHeia subscriptions require upfront payment?

Yes, our plans are billed annually. For perspective, our Self-service and Single Challenge plans are priced at about the same level as a typical 8-week one-off wellbeing programme — while giving your employees access to HeiaHeia for the full year.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade Self-serve → Single Challenge → Unlimited at any time during your contract.

Can family members join HeiaHeia programs?

Yes, family members can join HeiaHeia programs and are counted towards the overall team size. 

How long does it take to implement HeiaHeia?

For Single Challenge and Unlimited plans, our guided onboarding typically takes around three weeks from initial planning to challenge launch. Self-service is available immediately.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by bank transfer or card via Paddle. We work with customers globally and support international payments.
