An excellent way to get your team moving and boost team spirit

In HeiaHeia Open, corporate teams compete in a two-week fitness challenge. The event is hosted on the HeiaHeia app, allowing participation anytime, anywhere.

HeiaHeia Open 2025 Basic Information

In the challenge, teams earn points, progress on a game board, and aim to reach the finish line together. Teams can track each other's progress and compete to reach the goal. Cheer on your teammates in the team chat and share your own achievements.

✔️ Earn points in a variety of ways
EN HeiaHeia Open Point System

Points are earned through steps and additional physical activities, based on the duration and intensity of the activity. You can choose your favorite from over 500 options – whether it's dancing, skiing, or even shoveling snow.

✔️ Easy to participate

Participation is easy: connect your wearable device or log activities directly in the HeiaHeia app. Exciting rewards await those who succeed in the challenge.

Prizes

Exciting prizes from top brands like Halti, Haglöfs, and Fjällräven are up for grabs. Prizes are provided in collaboration with Scandinavian Outdoor.

Prize Categories:

✔️ The first team to reach the finish line wins product prizes from Scandinavian Outdoor.

✔️ During the challenge (February 3–16, 2025), the top three teams with the most points win product prizes from Scandinavian Outdoor.

✔️ Among all teams that reach the finish line, one team will be randomly selected to win a product package from Scandinavian Outdoor.
